Wake Promino Plus AM Formula & serving of Complete L-Glutamine Power.
Meal 1 1 serving of Complete Whey Power, egg whites (1-2 yolks in off-season), oatmeal (add fruit in off-season).
Pre-Workout Serving of Satur8 Rush & serving of Complete L-Glutamine Power.
Post-Workout 1-2 servings of Complete Whey Power.
Meal 2 Fish or chicken & a medium potato or brown rice.
Meal 3 2 servings of Complete Whey Power, flax/fish oil or peanut butter.
Meal 4 Chicken or fish, steamed asparagus or spinach salad, rice cakes (in off-season).
Meal 5 2 servings of Complete Whey Power, flax/fish oil.
Before Bed Promino Plus PM Formula & serving of ZMA.
Meal 6 1-2 servings of Complete Whey Power.
This is a typical day. Occasionally I have OhYeah! Bars or Complete Pro42 Bars in place of shakes or for dessert...mostly during the off-season.
