ISS Research has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to you, our valuable customer. ISS Research respects your online time and privacy and is committed to keeping any information that you provide to us safe, secure and confidential. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices on the ISS Research website.

Our site uses a sophisticated and secure ordering system which enables you to register, request information and order our products online. When you provide us your contact information (ex. email address) and your payment information (ex. credit card info), it is encrypted through our secure commerce server. This server protects your information by encrypting it utilizing the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Security. Your contact information is used to contact you if necessary, announce special offers and new product releases and to verify payment information when you place an order. Payment information that is provided by you is used only to bill you for products and services that you order from our site. We do not use personal and/or billing information for any purpose other than verifying and fulfilling your order and any necessary or requested correspondence. We do not sell, trade, or share any personal information that you provide to us with any third party other than the shipping carrier used to deliver your order. Therefore, no third party will solicit you as a result of the information that you provide us. All information provided by you when you register for an account and/or make a purchase, is kept strictly confidential.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives ISS Research an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting. We do record your browser type and version, and which pages you visit. We may also record which site referred you to our store. This information will help ISS Research continue to evolve our web site; making sure it stays easy to use for our customer, while providing all the information that you need to learn about our company, athletes, and products.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart contents. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and your shopping cart for your convenience.

If you have registered on our Web Site and would like to delete you account profile from our web site database, please contact us and include your e-mail address and User ID.

Payment Options

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for fast, convenient and secure online payment. Ordering Options

To place an order, choose one of the following methods:

• Enter your order directly at the ISS Online Store. We provide a "shopping cart" to allow you to select products as you browse our website. When checking out, we provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy including credit card information.
• Call toll free (888) 231-2684 during 9 am - 5 pm EST weekdays. This toll free phone number is available in the U.S. only.

We do not sell our customer list, so rest assured that ISS Research protects your privacy.

Order Status and Tracking

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships which will include your UPS Tracking information.

You can also check the status of your order online by logging into your account and choosing "Review Order History and Track Orders". If you feel your order is taking longer than normal to arrive, please check your order status online or contact our Customer Service Department.

Shipping Options

We ship most orders within 1 business day. UPS Ground Shipping charges for orders under $150 are charged at a flat $6.00. UPS Ground Shipping is FREE for orders over $150! If you choose another shipping option our catalog will automatically calculate actual UPS rates based on your order's total shipping weight and method choosen. You never have to pay a handling charge at ISS.

Orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless you specify another method. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order. For an estimate of the number of days it takes to deliver your package in the contiguous 48 United States from our warehouse in Charlotte, check this map.

Other shipping methods are available such as UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Shipping costs for these methods are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination. When you enter your order online you can choose which ever option you prefer and your order total will be displayed in real time. By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving ISS authorization to charge you for this service. Please be aware that orders placed after 12:00 noon EST (9:00 AM PST) will usually go out the following business day regardless of Shipping method choosen. If you need your products as fast as possible, please call us at (888) 231-2684 and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

• Please provide a physical street address. ISS Research makes every effort to get your product out the door within 24 hours. Most orders placed by 12 NOON EST will be shipped the same day.
• Internet orders received BEFORE 12 NOON EST can be shipped the SAME DAY.
• Internet orders received AFTER 12 NOON EST will be shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
• Internet orders received on FRIDAY after 12 NOON EST will be shipped on MONDAY.
• Internet orders received on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY will be shipped on MONDAY.

We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you have specified a One, Two, or Three Day delivery and are placing the order after 12 NOON EST, it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day.

For destinations within the 48 contiguous United States, which can be sent by UPS Ground service, there is a $6.00 shipping charge for orders under $150. All orders over $150 receive free UPS Ground.

UPS Ground^®
UPS Ground reaches every address, urban and rural, throughout the 48 contiguous states. For all commercial deliveries, UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship coast-to-coast.

UPS 3-Day Select^®
UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days throughout the contiguous 48 states.

UPS 2nd Day Air^®
UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery by the end of the second business day to every address coast to coast. An economical alternative for important shipments that are time-sensitive but don't require overnight delivery.

UPS Next Day Air^®
Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.

Sales Tax

North Carolina residents are required to pay applicable sales tax, which will be automatically be added to your order. Shipping addresses outside North Carolina are not subject to sales tax.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. We will try to update the site daily with backorder information. All customers will be notified by email if products are on backorder. If you order a product which is expected to be out-of-stock for more than two days (48 hours), we will ship items separately at no extra charge to avoid delays AND/OR contact you to see if you wish a substitute size, flavor, etc.

Returns

You must contact us during our normal business hours for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise at (888) 231-2684 or by email. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days. The customer must properly insure returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged when returned or lost, ISS Research cannot grant refunds.

On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it.

All approved returns must be shipped to:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please e-mail our Customer Service Department within 48 hours. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.

Legal Notice

Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with ISS Research shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and particularly the State of North Carolina and shall be heard and venued in the County of Mecklenburg.
