I've been fortunate to train with ISS athlete Don Long for the last five years. He brought the ISS line of products to my attention, and one by one I've replaced all my other supplements with ISS products. The protein powders are second to none. They mix clean, with no residue. I am absolutely in love with OhYeah! bars. As a fitness model I am always trying to find a way to eat healthy but still satisfy my chocolate cravings. The OhYeah! bars are absolutely fabulous especially the newest Vanilla Toffee Fudge.Oh yeah all the way!! As for Satur8 Rush and RE-Satur8, these are the only pre and post workout I have tried (and I've tried them all) that don't upset my stomach and definitely give you the energy you need for an intense workout within 30mins of ingesting. ISS products are of superior quality and are definitely made with the athlete's physique in mind.
