I owe my transformation to ISS! I went from 330 pounds to 190 pounds by using ISS products. Specifically, by replacing meals with a shake of ProM3, I was able to get in enough protein to fuel my workouts and aid in recovery! Aside from that, I also use ISS’s Glutamine. I feel like I’ve had the same container forever now! It’s the good stuff, packed with 5 grams of pure Glutamine, not like other companies that cut their product down with a bunch of crap!

When cutting my calories, I would sometimes feel sluggish but I knew I had to get my cardio and workouts in. Thank goodness for Satur8 Rush! Even if I did feel sluggish, Satur8 Rush would get me through my workouts. I’d have to say the best thing about it, was when I started using it and realized I had veins starting to stick out that I never knew I had! For me, seeing was believing, and my workouts would push 110% because I was starting to become more and more vascular!

The last thing I’ll say, is thank goodness for OhYeah! bars. When I first started my transformation, the hardest thing to give up was sweets. The number one thing I was told, was to make sure you get enough protein and stay away from sweets… I figured this was impossible until I stumbled across OhYeah! bars! As with most protein bars I’ve tasted, I figured they would be chalky and have a bad aftertaste. Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I tried the wafers first and was so surpised to find they actually tasted like kit kat bars! Since I was so pleased with them, I moved on to the actual bars and again, was shocked to find they tasted like your everyday Snickers bars! Now that I’ve lost this much weight and cutting has become harder, I’ve moved to the OhYeah! Good Grab bars since they are lower in sugar and they’re just as good!

I am so thankful for ever having tried ISS products and I’ll continue to use them forever because I know that they actually work! My goals for the future are to compete in a state level bodybuilding show within the next two years. With the help of ISS, I’m sure that it is possible! Thank you ISS!!!

I have never owned a bikini in my life, or a mini-skirt until now!!

I'm 30 years old and I now have the body to wear those things! I had been overweight for over 24 years. Then in July of 2007, I had hit 260lbs. My health was failing, and I knew I had to make a change or lose my life. I joined a gym, and designed my own diet and exercise plan. I began losing weight slowly, and then once I discovered ISS products and began using them on a regular basis, my weight loss really kicked into gear. Within 11 months in June of 2008, I lost 100lbs. As of now I've lost 110lbs and still going strong!!

The OhYeah! bars are absolutely fabulous especially the newest Vanilla Toffee Fudge.Oh yeah all the way!! Promino Plus helps me wake up each day and feel focused and energetic. Whether I need to workout or just go to work and focus Promino Plus gets me going, even if I wake up and feel like shit the Promino Plus helps me feel better.
