I've been fortunate to train with ISS athlete Don Long for the last five years. He brought the ISS line of products to my attention, and one by one I've replaced all my other supplements with ISS products. The protein powders are second to none. They mix clean, with no residue. There are no fillers and nothing to cause you an upset stomach. Their pre-workout Satur8 Rush and post-workout Re-Satur8 became an every workout choice. My strength increased and my lean muscle mass grew as I switched to their products. Now I've even had the opportunity and privilege to represent ISS at the Ironman, Arnold Classic and Mr. Olympia Expos. I believe in their products enough to promote them every chance I get!

Update:
Thanks to ISS and ISS athlete Don Long, I achieved my best conditioning and shape so far in my bodybuilding career! I recently placed 13th at the NPC Jr. Nationals in Chicago and plan on returning to the national stage next year even better!

At my last show I tried the OhYeah! RTD. It is awesome! I love using the vanilla on my cearal in the morning. Its a good way for me get some protein in every morning. I also like the OhYeah! I recently tried Satur8 Rush and was very surprised. First off was the great taste. I know people say that you shouldn't focus on taste but if you like what you're taking you're more apt to continue taking said product. What I really liked was the no nonsense approach and performance of the product. Satur8 Rush outclasses the competition.

I have never owned a bikini in my life, or a mini-skirt until now!!

I'm 30 years old and I now have the body to wear those things! I had been overweight for over 24 years. Then in July of 2007, I had hit 260lbs. My health was failing, and I knew I had to make a change or lose my life. I joined a gym, and designed my own diet and exercise plan. I began losing weight slowly, and then once I discovered ISS products and began using them on a regular basis, my weight loss really kicked into gear. Within 11 months in June of 2008, I lost 100lbs. As of now I've lost 110lbs and still going strong!!

With the transformation I gained a new career as a Personal Trainer. As a Trainer, I encourage my clients to use ISS products and see a dramatic change in them as well. My whole focus is to spread the word of your products as well as the importance of physical health.

Thanks ISS for making such wonderful products and helping redefine those who need a weight/fitness change! My favorite products are the various OhYeah! bars. I am absolutely in love with OhYeah! bars. As a fitness model I am always trying to find a way to eat healthy but still satisfy my chocolate cravings. The OhYeah! bars are absolutely fabulous especially the newest Vanilla Toffee Fudge.Oh yeah all the way!! As for Satur8 Rush and RE-Satur8, these are the only pre and post workout I have tried (and I've tried them all) that don't upset my stomach and definitely give you the energy you need for an intense workout within 30mins of ingesting. ISS products are of superior quality and are definitely made with the athlete's physique in mind.

Promino Plus helps me wake up each day and feel focused and energetic. Whether I need to workout or just go to work and focus Promino Plus gets me going, even if I wake up and feel like shit the Promino Plus helps me feel better. I love this stuff, never need coffee, wish I had it for college! The Complete Whey Power tastes great and mixes easily with milk. The RE-Satur8 does help decrease the soreness and speeds the recovery time from a good workout.
